CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost. To avoid this I allow reschedules within a week.
REDO POLICY
I aim to please and want you to be happy. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let me know within 7 days of your visit. I will be more than happy to correct any issues that are my fault at no additional charge*. Please note the "second take" appointment needs to be scheduled within 14 days of initial appointment and *does not include additional products or services to change or add to the look. For example, if you wanted to be blonde but it's just not for you. That's totally ok, and it's totally "fixable', but it would require going darker, via a toner/glaze or lowlights, this would be classified as a color correction, therefore an additional fees would be applied..
RETURN POLICY
All Sales Final. Upon making a retail purchase from the physical salon location to return home and find that it is damaged or defective, contact me immediately. I will exchange it for the same product or similarly priced product at full credit for 15 days after your initial purchase. After this time, I cannot return it to my vendors for a replacement. Please keep in mind used hair products are not returnable. I will work with you in any event to find a happy solution.
PHOTO POLICY
They say a picture is worth.... I grant Meg Longo / Luxe Curls by Meg permission to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of me for use in news releases, educational materials, and/or social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tic Toc, and Pinterest. If you don't want your face shown, that is definitely something we can achieve with proper placement. But alas, if you desire to opt out, that's ok too... but no brownies for you.
